Answer:
All four types refer to people with Premium subscriptions.
Individual, Paid learners are "B2C" users. That is, they have a standard account.
Group, Paid learners are "B2B" users. That is, they belong to a Business or Enterprise account.
Group, Free learners are primarily university students, users from charities supported by DataCamp, and teachers.
Individual, Free learners are primarily business users on a trial, and DataCamp employees.
By default, the dashboard shows metrics from all paid learners, since these are the users who contribute to revshare.
