After the project instructor has implemented all of the feedback from their DataCamp representative, DataCamp marks the project live, the project enters the soft launch phase, and it will appear on where students can take it.

Soft launch means we've marked it live but haven't broadcast it out yet via social or email. Exceptions may be made for Unguided Projects where code-alongs need to be promoted while in soft launch. We'll wait for a few dozen completions, complete with student feedback and ratings, which we'll decide to act upon if necessary. This feedback will be posted by your DataCamp representative in your GitHub repository periodically and the instructor is responsible for making the fixes.

Once your project has an average rating of at minimum 4.5 with >= 25 ratings, your project will hard launch, which means we will market it via email, social media, etc.
